[Plugin: Ctrl-S] Plugin not working

Hi,
I’ve tried your plugin but doesn’t work either on Mac or Pc (using Chrome on both).Also, reading through your code, I found that your plugin loads javascript on every admin page instead of limiting the loading to post.php and post-new.php.
