[Plugin: CSV Importer] Import times Draft vs Published

    Just found it curious today that importing all posts as drafts took 30 seconds and then importing the same file as published posts just hangs and hangs and hangs forever.

    I was able to do some benchmarking today and importing posts as published posts goes along at about 100 posts per minute, importing as drafts goes along at around 1200 posts per minute.
