Hello, I have installed Event Tickets and Registration on a customized Genesis child theme (starting with Infinity Pro, if that makes a difference).

When I view the front-end ticket page logged in, the plugin’s CSS looks in-tact like so: https://cloudup.com/csC9IXsppzz

When I view the same, published URL in an incognito browser, logged out, it appears totally off, like this: https://cloudup.com/cqLv7NfboLk

This is without adding any custom CSS.

It also does this with the Genesis Sample theme, totally ‘untouched’ (no customizations): https://cloudup.com/cc_Cua13jSX

Does anyone know why this happens, and how to make the front-end show the plugin’s css even when someone is logged out of the site?

Note: I have cleared cache. This is being tested on a WP Engine staging site.

Event Tickets Version 5.6.4 (not Plus).

WordPress 6.3 running Infinity Pro theme. Using Genesis 3.4.0. All plugins up to date.

The issue persists on the Genesis child theme even when all other plugins are inactive.

Plugin’s CSS appears on Twenty Twenty Three theme when logged out. I am hoping someone can shed light as to why it would do this on a Genesis theme, and what is different.

The only documentation I found on Genesis and Event Tickets is here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/genesis-framework-and-attendee-registration/ (I have implemented this code in functions.php and it does not change anything).

    Thank you

    Hi @joycegrace,

Do you perhaps have a caching plugin? Try to exclude our files from being cached by following this article.

Also, does switching to parent theme resolve the issue?

If yes, you need to remove all customization in child theme and add them back one at the time and check your site until you find the culprit file or function.

    Best,
