[Plugin: Cryptographp] Broken Admin and Image

After installing (and adding the single line of php to my comments template), when I click on the ‘Submission’ menu item in the admin, I get a screen reading ‘You do not have permission…’. Then when I look at the front-end, the input field appears, but the image tag is broken.
