[Plugin: Cropnote] no annotations for me… please help

Thanks for all your help.
Something very strange on the Permissions-tab:
When I want to change the settings on “Anonymous user” it seems that the settings are not saved. For example: I enable the check “Add notes”, and then I confirm with the button “Update permissions” …. but then the “Add notes”-check is disabled again. So it seems to be that my settings are not saved.

So, the “add note”-button still don’t appear when an anonymous user visit my site.

How comes?

… Maybe : code cropnote.php: … //setup roles. everyone can read, contributors+ can add coments, authors+ can do so without approval, editors+ can edit/delete, admin+ can add html comments…
it seems to be that a few codelines below the “setup roles”-section are missing? correct?
