  • Hi,

    Please follow my instruction here –

    Step-1 : Open your plugin directory and then open given path –

    ultimate-responsive-image-slider – > css -> images ->

    Find these files here –

    closedhand.cur
    openhand.cur

    Check that above files are there or not.

    Thanks

    Hello,

    What more information can provide to help you troubleshoot this problem further?

    Thanks

    Hi,

    If files exist there then 404s messge for image/openhand.cur are not possible.

    Can you share me screenshot of this 404 issue.

    Thanks

    I’ve updated with the new release (thanks for that) and am retesting. I will report if the problem still exists in a day or so to give me chance to test it properly.

    Hey so I’ve cleared the cache and I am still seeing those errors coming up fairly regularly.

    from https://kombilife.com/images/openhand.cur and also on various other pages but always ending with /images/openhand.cur

    What is the next step?

    Thanks for your support

    Hi,

    Follow My Steps

    Step-1 : Open your plugin directory and then open given path –

    ultimate-responsive-image-slider – > css -> images -> slider-pro.css

    Step-2 : Open slider-pro.css on any editor, here you will need to go near at line no. 312 and then find below css code there –

    /* Touch Swipe
    --------------------------------------------------*/
    .sp-grab {
    	cursor: url(images/openhand.cur), move;
    }

    .sp-grabbing {
    	cursor: url(images/closedhand.cur), move;
    }

    Step-3 : Remove this css code from file and than save your code.

    Thanks

    (@kombilife)

    the slider-pro.css file is in the css directory not the images directory.

    but I have made the changes you said and am now testing. The open and closed hands no longer work on the slider, but it still works on the navigation arrows. I will report back with test results.

    Thanks

    Hi, so the 404 errors are no longer being registered now that this code is removed.

    To be honest I am not missing those open hand and closed hand icons and for me I prefer not to have the errors on the site.

    Are you going to remove this functionality from the code? I ask because I want know if the problem will come back on the next update?

    Thanks

    Hello Komblife,

    You are first user who facing this issue.

    Other user has no complain on it. May be that on your server plugin file are conflict with another source that’s why this has been generated.

    If ion next update you will get same issue that again you will need to follow this thread solution.

    Thanks
