    Are you sure those <p> tags are not being included by WordPress itself?

    i am sure,

    i was using a different plugin for the same job. i changed it to posttabs. then this problem occured. and one more thing. when i activate older plugin again while using posttabs. only the first tab creates <p> tag, other tabs don’t. (all tabs have <p> tags now while the other plugin deactivated).

    What kind of issue this is causing in your website? Is there a link you could share?

    i do not know, but
    p:empty {display:none;}
    solved the problem.
