Plugin creates massive CPU load

    SG Optimizer creates massive CPU load on server, if the WP cron is disabled, Linux cron enabled and File Cache preheat is enabled!

    According to Siteground support, File Cache preheat works properly ONLY if the WP cache is enabled.

    The problem is in the plugin code. Fix it.
