  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Could it be you are using an older version of WooCommerce, lower than WC version 3.6?

    (@homepeel)

Yes, I am using woocommerce 3.3

    (@homepeel)

Do you have any solutions for woocommerce 3.3

The function wc_review_ratings_enabled has been introduced in WooCommerce as of version 3.6, that’s why you are getting the above error message.

We could investigate if we can work our way around this and make some changes to the plugin code but that could take some time. The easiest way for you to get rid of this error is by upgrading to version 3.6 or higher. Would that be an option?

Sorry, we can’t update woocommerce plugin. Can you please update your plugin for woocommerce 3.3.3?

or Is it possible to update a single file to woocommerce 3.3.3 with woocommerce 3.6 in order to make plugin to work?

    Hi there,

Can you please respond me on this?

    Thank you

We have added your request to our developers to-do list but it might take some time to be picked-up.

    Thank you for the update.

    Hi,

Could you try updating to version 7.9.9 and test if it solves the issue at hand?

    hi,

Ik krijg nog door van Fruugo dat

    <Language>NL</Language>

    aangepast moet worden in

    <Language>nl</Language>

Any update on this development work? How much time will it take?

    Hi Jodie,

Not sure what you are referring too? The above fatal error should be long gone already (in the latest releases).

    Hi,

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our support is no longer needed we will close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.

Don’t hesitate to reach out to us again whenever you need our help.
