[Plugin: Crayon Syntax Highlighter] toolbar-hide doesn't work

Hello.
The toolbar-hide argument doesn’t seem to do anything for me on my installation of WordPress. Is there any way I could troubleshoot this to see what’s going on? The log file doesn’t show anything, though it is enabled.
