[Plugin: Crayon Syntax Highlighter] Not outputting necessary stylesheet to header

For some reason, the necessary *.css stylesheets are not being output to my page. I have had to add the styles.css and classic.css manually. The necessary JavaScripts do appear to being loaded correctly, and all works fine once I manually add the stylesheets.

Beautiful plugin, by the way! Much better than the several I’ve tried before.
