Hey! Just installed the plugin. When adding a custom tab, if I give the tab a title in “Tab Title” the new tab doesn’t get saved (I click Save Tab but the button gets grayed out and it doesn’t save). When I go to Publish the product I get a connection error. After that the tab is still not saved and the reviews tab is not visible anymore. Any ideas what is happening?

    Hi @alxln,

Unfortunately no – I have no idea what’s happening. Which version of WooCommerce are you using?

Also, can you try creating a brand new product, adding a custom tab with a simple title (e.g. one letter) and simple content, and then saving the tab by hitting the standard update post/product button.

The specific “Save Tabs” button uses an AJAX call, and I’m wondering if there’s some type of conflict happening on your site with that. If so, maybe the data was somehow corrupted during the save and this is preventing that product’s tabs (including the reviews tab) from not properly loading.

    Let me know what happens,
    Kevin.
