Plugin Crashing website

  • The Ultimate Member Version 2.0.43 is crashing our admin and our front end website when activated. Any ideas how to overcome this? We are using free user license and running WordPress 5.04

  • WP just updated to 5.2 please update all WP free themes 2016-19. and Wp 5.2

    also run a conflict test to make sure other plugins are not causing this issue or your theme.

    After running conflict test, we think it may be the theme. How do we overcome this? We are using Elos WordPress ThemeVersion: 1.4 By Joi Team Clean Corporate Theme which is no longer supported.

    It could also be plugin related, but multiple plugins activated at same time with current Elos them works when we turn on UM. THese are the plugins it doesnt like: Add Admin CSS, Askimet anti-spam, category posts widget, contact form 7, and content views

    Hi @lynnieda,

    Please make sure to update to the latest WordPress 5.2 and Ultimate member core 2.0.44.
    If you still have this issue I suggest checking WordPress debug.log file and see what kind of errors do you have there.
    If you are not sure how to do it I suggest contacting your hosting provider for assistance.

    The Author of the Theme is no longer around and iis not PHP 7 compatible the whole thing is unstable and there is ZERO support.

    you would probably be better off Using DIVI
