Plugin Crashing Website

I am getting and error code that looks like really simple captcha is crashing three of my websites. Here is the code for one site.

Fatal error: ‘break’ not in the ‘loop’ or ‘switch’ context in /home3/wadhji0ab7as/public_html/wp-content/themes/modernize-v3-20/include/plugin/really-simple-captcha/cbnet-really-simple-captcha-comments.php on line 120

Tech support of my host commented out line 120 and the sites are working but worried that once things update I might get the same issue. I don’t show that really simple captcha is installed on my site and wondering why I am getting this error unless it is installed in the themes somehow.
