Plugin crashes website (WP v.4.4.1)

After installation and first scanning run my website resulted in the following error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 79 bytes) in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas04_data02/98/2885998/html/wp-content/plugins/p3-profiler/classes/class.p3-profiler.php on line 300
