Plugin Crashes Site

Hello, I use the free version of this on 8 sites, and paid version on a 9th. On my 10th site, which is setup just like all the other sites, I cannot get this to work right. When I enable the plugin it actually crashes my site. The minute I disable it, site works fine. I tried deleting the plugin and re-installing right from my host files but it seems to grab previous setup data. What should I do to make this a clean install or is there something else I am missing?
