Plugin crashes my website

    The plugin itself is great. But it crashes my website when their own website (10quality.com) is down. This happend more than 5 times in just a few weeks time. When their website is down, it stays like this for at least a couple of hours.

    Their support is also very hard to reach and don’t seem very helpful.

    I don’t ever write reviews, but I paid $40 dollars for a plugin that crashes my website and where it seems like the owners won’t do anything to prevent this from happening over and over again.

    Very disappointed.

    We received buffer overflow attack, we have removed cross-server checks (DRMs) on the extension plugin to prevent customer sites to crush. Please review our blog, since we will be compensating our customers by extending their license.

    Since then, we have been monitoring our server, updating and refactoring our code to make sure it does not happen again.
