Plugin crashes my site

  • Over the past 3-4 months, I’ve tried using your plugin on my site, but as of that length of time, no matter what is updated, I get the error 500 when I activate QSM.

    I run Divi theme, with a number of other plugins that were previously co-existing with QSM (I had maybe 3 surveys live, fairly simple ones). I’m not exactly sure what changed. How can we troubleshoot this without turning off all my plugins?

    Any known issues with Divi/Elegant Themes? It’s a pretty involved theme with the Divi Builder, so perhaps one of their updates is now interfering with QSM in some way. I won’t be turning those off any time soon ??

  • I’m having Divi issue, too… the Divi Builder completely disappears on pages where I plug in the shortcode. The pages appear fine on the front end, but all Divi page building functionality is lost on the backend.

    I also am using Divi and having the same issue as rlmsfo.

    The backend disappears. Page displays fine, you just lose all backend editing capabilities. If I turn plugin off everything returns.

    I guess I can design the quiz, place short code and I get one crack at editing layout because once I hit view page I can’t go back with out turning off plugin.

    Dang.
