    Hi sirtaptap,

    thanks for reaching out.

I ran the update on a couple of sites and couldn’t reproduce the issue.

How are you auto-updating plugins? It looks like an old version of one class was not updated, which should not be possible when updating through WordPress.

    Thanks,
    Thomas

It’s with Jetpack’s auto update (which I’ve had trouble with in the past and have now disabled).

I did uninstall and reinstall the plugin through wordpress and got the same error, but just now I tried again and it seems to be working again. Going to guess it’s Jetpack’s fault if no one else is having the issue.

I also had the same issue when installing the latest Advanced Ads Pro just now. My site then just said “THERE HAS BEEN A CRITICAL ERROR ON YOUR WEBSITE”

To get around it I re-named the plugins folder to pluginsOLD, logged into my dashboard, re-named the folder back to plugins and then re-activated all the plugins… it was a bit worrying for a while there…

Hi @jonjuk, are you also using Jetpack auto-updates?

Updates for the base version and Advanced Ads Pro are different. The first is coming from the www.remarpro.com server, the latter from ours.

As a client, please reach out through our customer support to get help with Pro.

    Thanks,
    Thomas

I don’t have anything auto updating. I just updated it through the Installed Plugins section.

It’s all sorted now thanks so won’t bother raising a support ticket unless there’s a log you want me to send in to you?

Thanks for your feedback. I am happy to read that you found a way to update Pro. Please don’t hesitate to reach out through customer support if something similar happens again. As the developer, I would like to get a chance to take a look and gather as much information as possible.
