    Hello, I reached out via email and the contact form but no reply. I am hoping that this will reach you.

    I updated the plugin to version 6.3.2 PRO and it caused the page to crash when using masonry or gallery mode. I switched the mode to half and now it will load but the images are missing. I tried clearing the cache in both the plugin and the website and also connected the app again. No of this worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
