To help us with our investigation could you please provide us with the following:
1. Shortcode and a URL showing the WordPress Download Monitor working successfully
2. Shortcode and a URL showing the Contact Form 7 working successfully
3. Shortcode and a URL showing the Email Before Download failing

Page crashing usually occurs when the contact form ID in use is corrupted. To confirm this for us, when providing the Contact Form 7 working successfully, please use the same contact form ID that was giving you the error, along with the URL to the page.

IS it supposed to show the thumbnail on the page or in the email? this is not working.

After form submission, if we go back to edit the page the page is white.

Seems to be working now for a single download.

Multiple files Send Email:
Send Email for multiple downloads using the shortcode [file_urls] is not working on your demo site or on my testing site. I’ve put commas between the IDs in the shortcode but the links it displays in the body of the email are not the file names but two URLs with a random ?eddl=string not related to the download id or file name. It should display the file names for each file with a line break between them.

Hi @kggg,

The functionality of sending multiple file URLs in the email does not function the way you describe. It does not function the same way as the single URL template. Currently, the plugin is only able to show a list of URLs of the files you selected altogether. There is no current functionality to separate them using tags like in the single file email URL template. Although this is definitely something we will be looking into as a possible upcoming feature.
