I have been using the plugin for a while, tried different levels (safe, compact, optimal). But when switching to ultra mode and returning back to other modes or disabling the plugin, the site breaks. As if css styles cannot be loaded, tried to remove htaccess as recommended in other articles, it didn’t help.

Now I would like to completely remove the plugin, but if you deactivate it, the site becomes unusable … help!

Now the plugin is active in ultra mode, this is the only way the site works, and then with problems … When navigating through the pages, the site seems to freeze in a broken mode without css styles, and after 0.5 seconds it becomes normal

Looks like incorrect work of the Above-the-fold CSS styles. Current version of the plugin generates Above-the-fold CSS styles for homepage and applies them to other pages, and sometimes it may lead to such an effect (depends on the theme). Try to disable “Above-the-fold CSS” in the “Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content” section of Advanced settings.

    What does “unusable” mean?

    Hello @dryabov

I am facing the same issue in my website. What I have done? i have added plugin and test in the same browser. When I have checked another browser then my site is completely down, not open my website home page or index page.

So, I have deactivated the plug-in and deleted it. But still, my site is not working.

Could you please me? It’s my important client.

Please give me valid steps to activate my website.

If the plugin is uninstalled, first of all try to force page reload in the browser (Ctrl+F5). If it doesn’t work, check that wp-content/advanced-cache.php and wp-content/.htaccess files either don’t exist, or are not related to PSN.

If you use a 3rdparty caching plugin, clear its cache.
