Plugin crash after activation? And total crash after

  • Hello I am the admin of the italian Esports portal https://www.outplayed.it, I tried to use your plugin but while I activated it the whole page crashed and all the Website gone down. I had to unistall it to via ftp to restore it, I have seen in the support page of WP that maybe is a theme problem, what can I do? I use kami template buyed on Envato. Last question do have some featured also for Esports team? thanks a lot Simone

    Thank you for your message!

    I recommend you using a test server so you can see where the issue is exactly. It could be a conflict with your theme if it uses any function with the same name as one of our own.

    Another way to test this is using the default template (twenty sixteen) and check how it behaves

    As for esports, sure we even have demo data for them

    I tried to upload again your plugin but the error it’s the same. The webpage crash after and I had to delete the file plugin by FTP.
