[Plugin: CP Easy Form Builder] show date field in the form

The “Date” field is already available. In the form builder area >> add field, drag the box labeled “Date” into the desired location on the form.

The form into the page https://goo.gl/x2Z16 is there but there is a CSS rule into your template that is hiding the field borders, so the fields aren’t clearly delimited. You should fix that into your template CSS files.

This is the file that contains the rule:
