Plugin could not be deleted error

    Hello
    I receive the following error whenever I try to remove a plugin:
    “Plugin could not be deleted due to an error: Could not fully remove the plugin(s) jetpack/jetpack.php.”

    Can anyone help? Thanks

    FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the wp-content/plugins/jetpack folder. Then re-install the plugin.
