"Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error."

I am using WP 3.5.1 and I tried to install WP-DBmanager 2.63.
“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.” was the answer of WP.
Does anyone know what could’ve caused this?
