The error shows that free version of Appointment Scheduler plugin is also activated. Please de-activate free version of Appointment Scheduler plugin, after that activate the Appointment Scheduler Pro.

I got the same problem but I don’t purchase the PRO Version. How can I resolve this problem?

I can’t comment anymore, here’s the error message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare appt_week_off() (previously declared in …/wp-content/plugins/appointment-scheduler-weblizar/shortcode/appointment.php:825) in …/wp-content/plugins/appointment-scheduler-weblizar/shortcode/appointment.php on line 838

I cannot activate the Pro version

For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
