    Hi Andres,

Hey sorry I missed your message since last week. Can you give me your email so I can help you activate this plugin?

@beeketing No, do not ask users to post email address in these forums. That is something that is not allowed.

Please try the following temporary steps to troubleshoot:

    • Switch to the Twenty Fifteen theme
    • Deactivate all of your plugins, except WooCommerce
    • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
    • Re-login and try to activate the plugin again

Do you still get the problem when you do that?

@andres: have you figured this out yet? As the ticket is not resolved, please send an email to our support email [email protected], our support agents will get back shortly to support you to fix this.

@jan: hey sorry, I am new so I did not notice that. Thanks for reminding me! But I cannot contact to my client, so is it alright to post our support email here so he can get in touch with us?

Late off topic reply, but here goes.

But I cannot contact to my client, so is it alright to post our support email here so he can get in touch with us?

Users, these are not your clients. ??

It’s not just semantics, the distinction is important. Please don’t refer to users of the free plugin as clients. They’re not and it’s a different relationship.
