Can you please let me know what PHP Version are you running? Seems like it’s lower than PHP 5.3.

Most probably changing the __DIR__ to dirname(__FILE__) should solve the issue, however we will not provide backwards compatiblity for the mentioned so you’d have to tackle the issue yourself.
