[wp hyper shift]Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error

    I have installed 1 plugin and run it successfully in my hosting. However, when I install it in my VPS, it shows an error: Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error

    Why ? How to fix it ?

    I am running wordpress in Windows server 2008 and using IIS
