With all due respect to your time and effort to reply to my issue, it does not make any sense to post the same dito post thing there (duplicate).

If this is how the developer wants of this plugin wants it, then what’s the use of this designated support forum for this specific plugin?

In this event, in my opinion, this plugin should be removed from the WP plugin repo.

Some developers have their own website and forum. They also share their free plugins here in the www.remarpro.com repository for everyone. Some of the developers prefer to keep things in their own forum to better manage the answers and questions.

Exactly my point — Let these developers keep their plugins at their websites.

My recommendation to WP team is to remove this plugin from this WP plugin repo, because the developer does not want to support it here at the WP forum.

Hi, probably you’re using an old PHP version. Is your PHP a 4.x version?

About the support, I try to answer as many request as possible and I NEVER asked people to not write here. I manage even a external forum because it’s easy for me. There is no reason to ask for this plugin removal, if you’re not interested in using it, just don’t use it… it’s free (the plugin and the decision to use it or not).
