I’ve downloaded the plugin but can’t get it to activate. I get: “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error” and an internal server error when I try.

The plugin worked when I was using 3.8 and broke upon update to 3.8.1. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling several times. No such luck. Any help is appreciated!

    Can you try two things:

    1. Deactivate all your other plugins and activate CRP. Does it still give you an error? If not, reactive your plugins one by one

    2. Delete the plugin from Dashboard > All plugins page and then add it again.

I don’t have results from your suggestions just yet but I was thinking, does this plugin support IIS? It seems to work fine on a copy of the site on a LAMP stack but not the windows install.

I haven’t tested the plugin on IIS and I don’t have a IIS server based system to test this on.

I’m afraid I won’t be in a position to comment if it is or isn’t compatible.

The plugin uses mySQL’s FULLTEXT index to pull the related posts, which could be the main compatibility issue in there.
