[Plugin: Cool Video Gallery] Switch player from JWPlayer to jPlayer

I would like to switch the player from JWPlayer to jPlayer to allow for mobile devices to view movies and thereby not rely on flash. For that matter, it doesn’t have to be jPlayer, just something that perhaps uses HTML 5 and then degrades.
Does anyone have any constructive advice on how to do so?
