    Hi,

    Right now I am testing the plugin to the core.

    At first, for some videos I uploaded the preview image is created but its size is 0 bytes. Or no Image is created and I get the standard preview image.

    Another issue is I can’t change the preview image by uploading another one, It just does not change nor upload to the server.

    ffmpeg and php5-ffmpeg support is installed and enabled.

    Plugin looks to be exactly what I’m looking for, but whenever I load a gallery on to a page and click on the thumbnail, the shadowbox pops up, but the video just downloads. I can’t get it to play. Any thoughts?

    Hi,

    You must have configured some download manager to with browser inorder to automatically start downloading the file. Try disable the download manager.

    Thanks

    I only want to ask to return support of *.jpg images for thumbnails. PNG is not capable to hold my кequirements.

    Hello, Praveen;

    Sorry to be a little slow to respond to your request that I try .flv videos for my son’s site, rather than .mp4 . After a lot of problem-solving to try to figure out how to do that, it turns out that .flv files for the same content are too large for me to upload with the current site limits. So I cannot do that right now. Any other ideas as to why a .mp4 file would play the audio but just a black screen instead of the video?

    @leoner

    To meet your requirements you will have to upload the thumbnail files manually via FTP and edit the database entries accordingly. Else you will have to go with the older versions. I’m sorry there is nothing much i can help you with this case.

    Thanks,
    Praveen

    @beth

    The MP4 video should be H.264 format. If it is not this it will not be compatible with the flash player. Try converting your .mp4 video to this format.

    Thanks,
    Praveen
