I’m putting the gallery number which is 1 but it still keeps saying not found … id this wrong:

[cvg-gallery galleryId=’1′]

Please help, it’s not clear.

The shortcode entered is not correct. The correct format is

[cvg-gallery galleryId='gid' /]

So your’s should be like [cvg-gallery galleryId='1' /]

I have the same two problems. when I try to delete videos, they are not deleted and I cannot get the thumbnails to show.
Any update on when the plugin will be updated so this will be working?

Not great with coding so I need the plugins to work instead of messing around with the codes.

Is it in any way possible to upload files bigger than 80 mb?

Issue with thumnail preview upload will be fixed in the next release.

Hi Praveen,

Our web host had Believe it or not a hard drive crash we had to restore everything from backups.
After I uninstalled the video plugin once again and I have installed I do not have the descriptions under the thumbs how can that be. Or is that in the new version 1.4 otherwise.

Please find the option to enable or disable the description in gallery settings page
