[Plugin: Cool Video Gallery] Didn't Work

It didn’t work for me. I’ve tried uploading different video formats (mp4 h264 and FLV), and after uploading the file, it just don’t show the video in the gallery.
The file sizes were under 20MB and I’m on a dedicated server with all the requirements.
