[Plugin: Cool Ryan Easy Popups] popup shows up in IE many times

    I am using the cool Ryan Easy Popups,and its great!

    but…I have 2 problems…

    In google Chrome it works perfecty, but in IE the popuup shows up many times, when I only want it to show up once per person.

    This Happens also in Firefox!

    What can I do? how to fix this?

    and… Since I installed this plugin, the number of visits went down… It is because this plugin is NO-Seo Friendly?

    please help me…I need a popup, and I like thisone and don′t wanna uninstall it..
