[Plugin: Cookie Law Info] 404 undefined errors

Hi
since installing this plugin, i am seeing SEO 404 errors where the word “undefined” has been added to end of URL, i have read google webmaster forums and they point to possible javascript issue being pulled into the url by the bots
any ideas?
