[Plugin: Convert Post Types] Permalinks broken, doubling up

Hi there,
I converted some pages into a custom_post_type. I must have made an error somewhere, doing it twice possibly, as now the new custom_post_types have broken permalinks, and all say “Parent Page: PageName”.
The urls are then: https://www.domain.com/CustomPostName/PageName/PostName instead of https://www.domain.com/CustomPostName/PostName/
Can anyone help me? There’s no way of unchecking the parent page anymore…
