[Plugin: Convert Post Types] Convert posts in specific categories

Hi,
This is a great plugin!
Is it possible to convert posts within a specific category to different post types.
For instance, I have imported posts from another CMS into a category called “Glossary”.
Now I would like to convert posts in the Glossary category to Glossary custom post types.
