[Plugin: Content Scheduler] Minimum published time before plugin works ??

I am using CS 0.99 with wp3.4.1 with Atuahalpa theme on https://www.floodproblems.co.uk
I published a test post ‘flood problems content scheduler test’ at 1745hrs today and set it to delete at 1801hrs.
The post has not been deleted. (it is 3rd post on the page following 2 sticky posts)
Is there a minimum time that a post should have been published before it will delete ??
