[Plugin: Content Audit] 'Front End Display' not displaying to auditors

Great plugin.
I am having an issue where I enable front end display, however whether I select above or below content I am unable to see the warning as a logged in auditor.
I am using a themeforest theme called Know How Wiki and WordPress 3.4.1
Any Advice?
