[Plugin: Contact Us Form] Remove kenmore link on contact page

OK, I will be uninstalling and removing the plugin from my site.

I don’t see any link on the contact form.

Because I uninstalled contact us form and installed a different plugin.

there is a link on mine too. on some styles there is a form, on others there isn’t. no idea what’s triggering it.

to remove the link I simply deleted the second line from contact-us-form/contact-us-form.php file which had their URL on it.

Thanks. I’ve moved to a different plugin though.
