[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Will not upload or email file

    I have an issue with the file uploading and then emailing in WordPress…

    I have this

    <p>Your Name (required)
    [text* your-name] </p>

    <p>Your Email (required)
    [email* your-email] </p>

    [file file-774 filetypes:mp3|wav|aiff]

    <p>[submit “Send”]</p>

    and I get

    Validation errors occurred. Please confirm the fields and submit it again.

    Any ideas…??
