[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Where do I add the drop down menu tag in the mail field

I’ve added a drop down menu but I can’t locate the correct mail field to which I need to add the drop down menu tag. I’ve tried several including “additional headers” but the drop down menu selection(s) do not come through on the contact form email. Please help.
