• Hi,

When I press “send” button without no info filled in the forms, there appear warning fields with red border, so i configured css for them to stand right above input fields, all is OK in IE, FF, Safari,Chrome, but with Opera those warning fields apear near the top of the page, same thing happens with deafault theme:
https://nuforms.com/about/ you can try it with Opera here.. I tried at work and at home..

Can you suggest what I have to do please!?

    thank you!

  • I’m not sure there is anything you can do. Although I couldn’t replicate the problem you describe in Opera 9.5, this could be a side effect of Opera’s enhanced web accessibility features. Placing the errors at the top of the page make sense if you’re trying to make life easier for those who use screen reading software etc. So Opera may intervene and re-render the page according to its internal “rules” no matter what you try.

Incidentally, the footer says that the site uses valid XHTML 1.1 but you seem to have a few errors on the page.

    Hi,
There is no errors on the page right now, valid XHTML 1.1.

So is there any suggestion how can it be fixed with Opera, btw, i’m using 9.64..

    thanks

Absolutely none, right now. I don’t know of any CSS hacks that might work specifically for Opera 9.

And you’re right – I need to upgrade my copy of Opera.

I have the sam problem. Is there already a solution?
