[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Using Images Next to Radio/check buttons

Hi,

I’m wondering if anybody knows how I could put an image next to each check box?

For example, imagine if I wanted the user to be able to see 5 different options of paint colours and wanted them to select an image of that paint colour?

Please respond if that doesn’t make sense!
