[Plugin: Contact Form 7] User chooses not to upload a file and gets a validation error

I set up my form to allow users to upload files if they choose to, and when I tested the form out, if the user chooses to not upload a file, and submits the form, they get a validation error. If they do upload a file, it goes through fine. I do believe that I made the field optional, though would like to help in figuring this out.
