  • Hi I use this plugin with no problem aqnd get emails when folk use it, albeit slowly as it takes some time to get to my email account, plus i have the database add on as my contact form data creates an online db which i download to my pc as a csv file.

Have you opted to be emailed when someone uses the form?

I found where to update it, now it breaks depending on what version I put in. Still doesn’t send anything to my email address. I’m putting in my email in “Send to” in the settings and contact section. Where else do I need to put it?

Ditto. I get about a dozen mails a day from 2 separate sites/installs. Who are your hosts?

That’s another issue. I’m proficient in HTML and CSS, but this site I’m working with is registered through godaddy, hosted through siteground and controlled in WordPress. A pain to say the least.

Ok, got it to work with a GMAIL, but looks like my outlook is blocking it.

I asked because there have been issues on some GoDaddy hosted sites with mail plugins generally (the issue relates to how tightly the server’s SMTP is locked down). Have you spoken to your hosts about your mail problems? If not, ask them if they have any restrictions on their SMTP server.

That makes sense. My Exchange email server is hosted through Godaddy. I’ll ask them. Thanks!

My forms work HOWEVER, suddenly the pages are NOT secure. I have made no changes other than updating this plugin and suddenly HTTS is not secure. Anyone else having this problem?
