[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Trouble with analytics tracking

  • Thanks for a great plugin, but I cannot get the analytics page tracking code to work:

    on_sent_ok: “pageTracker._trackPageview(‘/mysite/thank-you.html’);”

    1) The AJAX does not show successful send
    2) The tracking is not showing up in analytics data

    I have this loaded into the Additional Settings section as suggested. I am also using the current GA code as of today.

  • I have the same problem:
    1. I added the tracking code like the poster above, and there is no confirmation message anymore.
    2. The messages are sent succesfully though.
    3. I don’ know if the tracking data shows up in GA, it’s too early to tell.

    Ditto here.

    Email sends fine, but the AJAX confirmation for the web site visitor does not display anymore.

    I’ve tried:

    on_sent_ok: “pageTracker._trackEvent(‘test’, ‘moretext’, ‘andalabel’);”
    and
    on_sent_ok: “pageTracker._trackPageview(‘/thanks-for-contacting-us/’);”

    But no dice.
